The scheme “Scheme for Subsidy on Interest for Establishment of 1 to 20 Milch Animal Farm for Scheduled Tribe” was started by the Dept. of Agriculture, Farmers Welfare & Co-operation, Govt. of Gujarat.

💰The beneficiary can purchase 1 to 20 Milch animals (Any dairy animal cow & buffalo) at a subsidized rate as per their need and capacity to maintain. | - The applicant can get an interest subsidy @ 12 % interest on the bank loan amount for 5 years. | Note 01: The interest calculated by the bank or a maximum of 12% on the unit cost of the animal or the loan per unit advanced by the bank to purchase the animal, whichever is lower. | Note 02: The amount of interest subvention will be deposited in the beneficiary's loan account in the form of a Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) in installments. There will be no cash assistance for any of the beneficiaries.
