The scheme aims to uplift Scheduled Castes by providing managerial salary and computer–furniture assistance to eligible cooperative societies.

💰Managerial Assistance: A maximum of ₹8,000/- per month is provided for an employee's salary, totaling Rs. 0.96 lakh per society on an annual basis.- Computer and Furniture Assistance: A maximum of Rs. 0.62 lakh per society is provided for the purchase of computers and furniture.

Scheduled Tribe/Scheduled Caste Subplan

The scheme aims to promote fish farming as a sustainable livelihood opportunity among individuals and groups belonging to the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes.

💰Under this scheme: | - Pond clusters, comprising a minimum of 10 ponds at one location, are created for individuals belonging to the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes. The scheme provides 60% of the total cost as a grant for pond construction and the first-year investment, including expenses on fish hatcheries and feed. A minimum of 10 ponds will be constructed in each village. | - Individual beneficiaries are eligible to receive a grant for a maximum of 500 cubic meters, up to ₹3,00,000/-. For societies, groups, mahasanghs, federations, or mangal dals belonging to the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes, a grant of ₹5,10,000/- is provided, which constitutes 60% of the total project cost of ₹8,50,000/- for the construction of a 1-hectare pond in the plains. | - Ponds of sizes ranging from 0.05 to 0.50 hectares will be constructed in the plains under this scheme.

Scheme for Construction of Ideal Fish Pond in Hilly Areas

The scheme aims to encourage individuals and groups to construct fish ponds by providing financial assistance and to promote sustainable fish farming while enhancing livelihood opportunities in the hilly regions of the state.

💰Under this scheme: | - Pond clusters (a minimum of 10 ponds must be built at one location) are created to better utilize water resources in mountainous areas, individuals of all castes are eligible to receive a 50% grant for pond construction and the first year’s investment, including fish hatchery and feed. A single individual can construct up to 10 ponds, or a group of individuals may construct them collectively. | - Free technical assistance is provided for rearing fish species with high growth rates. | - Individual beneficiaries are eligible for a grant for pond construction up to 500 cubic meters, with a maximum grant amount of ₹2.5 lakh. | - For a society, group, federation, or mangal dal, a maximum grant of ₹5 lakh is provided for pond construction up to 1000 cubic meters. | - Beneficiaries are required to contribute the remaining 50% of the cost from their own resources or through a bank loan.

Scheme for Establishment of Hi-Tech and Mini Dairy Units

Under this scheme, unemployed persons will be assisted by way of providing financial assistance in form of subsidy for establishing dairy units of 4, 10, 20 & 50 milch animals like buffaloes, indigenous cows (Hariana, Sahiwal, Belahi, Red Sindhi, Tharparkar and Gir breeds only) and crossbred cows.

💰Financial Assistance for Interest Subvention under the Scheme: | Dairy units of 4 and 10 milch animals: | - 25% subsidy on the cost of milch animals can be availed as a loan for the purchase of these milch animals by the beneficiary for the establishment of dairy units of 4 and 10 milch animals; | - The subsidy will be provided three months after the purchase/tagging of Milch animals or disbursement of Loan by the bank, whichever is later, and subject to verification of unit by the concerned veterinary surgeon. | Dairy units of 20 and 50 milch animals: | - Interest subvention on 75% cost of milch animals (25% being the margin money) can be availed as a loan for the purchase of these milch animals by the beneficiary for the establishment of dairy units of 20 and 50 milch animals; | - The financial assistance will be provided in the form of interest subvention on loan amount financed by the bank (For Livestock Component only). | - The maximum amount for which interest subvention will be provided is as follows:- | Sl. This scheme is a credit linked scheme with a primary objective of providing self-employment opportunities, the unemployed persons will be assisted by way of establishing Sheep or Goat Units (15 female+1 male) and Piggery Unit (10 female+1 male).

💰Financial Assistance under the Scheme: | Establishment of 10+1 Piggery units: | - 25% subsidy on the cost of livestock which has been availed as a loan by the beneficiary for the establishment of a 10+1 Piggery unit. | - A maximum amount of ₹25,000/- could be provided as financial assistance in form of a subsidy. | Establishment of 15+1 Sheep/Goat units: | - 25 % subsidy on the cost of livestock which has been availed as a loan by the beneficiary for establishment of 15+1 Sheep/Goat unit. | - A maximum amount of ₹24,500/- could be provided as financial assistance in form of a subsidy. | Note 1: The financial assistance will be provided by the Government in the form of a subsidy after three months of establishment of the unit and tagging or loan disbursement by the bank whichever is later, subject to verification of the unit by the concerned Veterinary Surgeon. | Note 2: The financial assistance may be delayed due to non-availability of the budget or any other unforeseen circumstances. | Note 3: The subsidy will be provided in the Loan account of the beneficiary. | Financial Assistance for Livestock Insurance under the Scheme: | - If any Livestock Insurance Scheme is operational by the Department or Haryana Livestock Development Board then the insurance of animals purchased for the establishment of a unit is to be covered under that Scheme, wherever permissible. | - However, if no Livestock Insurance Scheme is operational then the Beneficiary/Bank would have to arrange for the insurance of the animals at their own.

Scheme For Subsidy On Interest For Establishment Of 1 To 20 Milch Animal Farm

The scheme “Scheme for Subsidy on Interest for Establishment of 1 to 20 Milch Animal Farm for the State Cattle Breeders” was started by the Dept. of Agriculture, Farmers Welfare & Co-operation, Government of Gujarat.

💰The beneficiary can purchase 1 to 20 Milch animals (Any dairy animal cow & buffalo) at a subsidized rate as per their need and capacity to maintain. | - The beneficiary can get an interest subsidy up to a maximum of 12% on the unit cost of the animal or the unit loan advanced by the bank for the purchase of the animal, whichever is lower, will be available for a period of five years. | Note 01: The amount of interest subvention will be deposited in the beneficiary's loan account in the form of a Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) in installments. Scheme For Subsidy On Interest For Establishment Of 1 To 20 Milch Animal Farm For Scheduled Caste

The scheme “Scheme for Subsidy on Interest for Establishment of 1 to 20 Milch Animal Farm for Scheduled Caste” was started by the Dept. of Agriculture, Farmers Welfare & Co-operation, Government of Gujarat.

💰The beneficiary can purchase 1 to 20 Milch animals (Any dairy animal cow & buffalo) at a subsidized rate as per their need and capacity to maintain. | - The beneficiary can get an interest subsidy up to a maximum of 12% on the unit cost of the animal or the unit loan advanced by the bank for the purchase of the animal, whichever is lower, will be available for a period of five years. | Note 01: The amount of interest subvention will be deposited in the beneficiary's loan account in the form of a Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) in installments.
