The scheme aims to help the families of the fishermen affected due to captured by Pakistani Marine Security Agency. Under this scheme, daily assistance, repatriation allowances, and vessel reconstruction subsidies are provided.

💰Pattern of Assistance: | - Unskilled daily wages rate as notified time to time by the U. T. Administration to the families of the Fishermen those are held 1s time captive/detained by Pakistani Marine Security Agency (PMSA), having valid ID Cards and resident of U.T. of Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu. | - T.A./D.A. to the fishermen during the repatriations from Pakistani Jail:- | - Travelling Allowance (T.A.) is admissible at 2nd class Sleeper of Railways Fair. | - Daily Allowance (D.A.) of ₹250/- per day per person is admissible during repatriation. | - One time financial Assistance in the form of back ended subsidy to the registered boat owner of the U.T. of Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu to re-construct/ replace their fishing vessels by new fishing vessels @ 25% maximum up to ₹ 10.00 lakh, with waiting period of five years.

Financial Support Scheme for Farm Mechanization (FSSM)

"Financial Support Scheme for Farm Mechanization (FSSM)" by the Agriculture Department, Government of West Bengal aims to provide financial support as subsidy to the small and marginal farmers of the State for purchase of power operated farm equipment/ machinery.

💰Pattern Of Assistance: | - Subsidy ranging from 50-60% of the indicative price of machinery subject to maximum ceiling of ₹3,00,000/- will be provided to the beneficiary. | Available Equipment: | - An exhaustive list of different farm machinery with subsidy limits is provided in Annexure-II (Page No. 33) based on Cost Norms and Pattern of Financial Assistance under Sub Mission on Agricultural Mechanization(SMAM). Available models of different farm machinery /implements as mentioned in Annexure-II along with indicative price will be published in Matirkatha portal by the SPMT before starting of online application of the beneficiary . However, No large machines like tractor, rice transplanter “above 4 rows”, combine harvester etc. will be provided under FSSM. | Note: | - No machine/equipment will be procured by the Government. The Government will only release subsidy as back ended subsidy against procurement by the beneficiaries as per their choice under FSSM with Bank Loan. The scheme aims to promote economic empowerment and livelihood diversification among Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe communities through fisheries-based activities.

💰Under this scheme: | - Fishermen who already own ponds are provided a 60% subsidy for repairing or improving their ponds, or for undertaking duck/poultry farming and other integrated activities. | - To connect landless individuals with fish processing and marketing businesses, a 60% subsidy of ₹1,50,000/- is provided against the cost of a mobile fish stall amounting to ₹2,50,000/-. | - A 60% subsidy of ₹42,000/- is provided against the cost of ₹70,000/- for the improvement of a 100-square-meter pond. | - A 60% subsidy of ₹3,00,000/- is provided against the cost of ₹5,00,000/- for the improvement of a 10-hectare pond in plain areas. | - A 60% subsidy of ₹83,000/- is provided against the cost of ₹1,39,000/- for establishing one integrated unit (chicken/duck/banana/papaya) in mountainous areas. | - In plain areas, a grant of 60%, i.e. ₹3,96,000/-, is provided against the cost of construction of one integrated unit valued at ₹6,60,000/-.
